Our project pathway
From your first conversation with our Australian team to delivery at your nearest Australian port, Mofa Technology coordinates a clear, factory-led pathway for cost-effective prefab construction. We support builders, property developers and homeowners working on granny flats, family homes, villas and small multi-unit developments.
Council approvals, certification, transport from the port to site and on-site assembly are arranged by the client or their builder.
1. Consultation and itemised quotation
Tell us about your project, preferred design, drawings and delivery location. Our Australian team prepares a transparent, itemised quotation covering the prefab package and factory-to-port delivery.
2. Design and drawing review
We review your drawings, specifications and required components, or help you select a ready-made design such as The Lodge, a 60m² two-bedroom modular home. The scope is confirmed before production begins.
3. Factory production
Established manufacturing partners in China produce your building modules, steel frames and components to the approved drawings or selected standard design.
4. Quality checks
Factory checks are carried out throughout production to verify workmanship, materials and the agreed specifications before the completed package is prepared for export.
5. Packing and export
Components are securely packed for international transport, with the export documentation and loading process managed as part of the delivery pathway.
6. Sea freight
Your completed package is shipped from China to Australia by sea. We keep communication clear while the consignment moves through the international freight process.
7. Delivery to the nearest Australian port
Mofa delivers the prefab package to your nearest suitable Australian port, ready for collection and the next stage of your build. Your builder then arranges transport to site and on-site assembly.
